 Shipping Undeliverable (Wrong Address and Unclaimed)

If the customers forget or do not pick up the packages and If the customers put the wrong address or forget your suite or apt numbers. Once it is returned and need refund to you, we will refund after deduct both credit card processing fees (2.9%+.30 cent) and shipping charges.

 Unmatched Name of Purchase and Billing & Shipping Address

Due to increase of fraudulent charges and chargebacks, we are unable to process the orders with unmatched information and high alert process by shopify.com without proofs from the buyers. We need to contact the unmatched he or she names of purchases and verify the billing & shipping addresses in order to ship your orders. In case, please provide your driver license ID and credit card images for us, so once we receive the information by e mail then we will process your order.        All U.S. orders will be shipped out the same day they are placed if placed by 1:00pm central                 time.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on the following business                 day Monday. All U.S orders including orders will be shipped out via USPS or UPS which takes               approximately 3-5 business days to be received by the customers.

      We have a flat rate shipping cost of $8.75 and all orders over $50 will be charged free.                          An email with tracking information will be sent to the email on file within 1 business day of                  placing your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be recognized by                USPS or UPS websites.

      Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages If your order shows delivered, but you did not receive it, please          check your front and back door, or if you live in an apartment building, ask at the front desk in            the management office. If you are unable to locate your package, please call to customer service        of US Postal Office or UPS and provide to them the tracking number in most instances your                package will be waiting for you there.

      In case that the Postal Office and UPS are unable to locate your package, please contact us so we        can open an investigation. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
